Registration Policy
All registrations are personal. Registrations are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Law Enforcement & Public Safety Tickets
A limited number of complimentary seats are reserved for law enforcement and public safety representatives worldwide.

To secure a seat, a refundable no-show deposit of USD 200 is required during registration. The deposit will be refunded in full after attendance has been verified for both conference days.

Participants who do not attend both days of the conference will forfeit the no-show deposit.

Eligibility
Individuals employed by law enforcement, public safety agencies, emergency services, government authorities, military organizations or other eligible public sector entities may apply for this category.

Please ensure that you register under the correct category. Separate registration categories exist for public sector personnel and private contractors.

Allocation of Complimentary Seats
Complimentary law enforcement and public safety seats are allocated globally to ensure broad international representation across INTERPOL member countries and partner organizations.

Submission of a registration request does not guarantee approval or a complimentary ticket. Applications are reviewed individually and subject to availability.

Verification Requirements
Applicants must register using an official organizational email address (such as .gov, .mil, .police, .gouv, or equivalent official domain).

Participants may be required to provide proof of employment, agency credentials, government-issued identification, military identification, or other supporting documentation.

Contractors and Private Sector Representatives
Private contractors, consultants, vendors and industry representatives do not qualify for complimentary public sector registration and must register under the applicable commercial registration category.
